How do you get ahold of a person when there is a technical question on Quickbooks? The links won’t let me click on call back or chat

In cases like odd behavior of the program, we can access your account via an incognito or a private window. It helps us verify if this is a webpage-related issue, as the stored cache affects the performance. Doing so also refreshes the system so you can start with a clean slate.

To proceed, refer to these keyboard shortcuts:

• Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome browser
• Ctrl + Shift + P for Mozilla Firefox & Microsoft Edge browsers
• Command + Shift + N for Safari browser

Once signed in, select the Help icon to see if you can click the callback or chat button. If it works, I recommend clearing the cache in your default browser. You can also use other supported browsers to aid in narrowing down the issue.
