How do you prepare the file for bulk filing with MA for 1099-NECs

I can share some information about preparing and filing state 1099 forms, @kgoscinak. 

Currently, QuickBooks Online and Contractor Payments don't support the filing of 1099s for your state at this time. However, you can contact your state directly for guidance on how to prepare and file your state 1099-NEC.
