How do you print an attachment from the invocie option

Hello there, @office11. I'll show you how you can print the attachment within the invoice in QuickBooks Online.

There isn't a direct option to print the attachment within the invoice. What we can do is, open the attachment and press the CRTL + P on your keyboard to print the file. Another thing, you can use the print function of your web browser to print it.

Here's how: 

1. Open an invoice in you QuickBooks Account.
2. Download the attachment in the Invoice section.
3.  You can usually find the print option by clicking on the three dots or the Ellipsis icon in the top-right corner of your browser window and selecting Print from the dropdown menu.
4. Adjust the print settings as needed, such as selecting the printer and choosing the number of copies.
5. Finally, click on the Print button to print the attachment.

Please note that the specific steps may vary slightly depending on the version of QuickBooks Online you are using and the web browser you are using to access it.
