I can show you how to do this, @mkronerc.

Printing a list of your accounts is quick and easy. Just go to the Accounting menu and choose Chart of Accounts. Let me walk you through the process:

1. Click Accounting on the left panel.

2. Select Chart of Accounts.

3. Above the ACTION column, click the Print icon.

4. On the Print page, verify the copies that you need.

5. Click the Print button.

6. If you want to run the report of COA, click Run Report, and then print the list from there.

In case, you need to print the contents of a particular account, here's how you can do it:

1. From the Chart of Accounts list, find the account and then click the View register link in the far right.

2. Above the BALANCE column, click the Print icon.

3. Follow steps 4 and 5 above.

However, if the issue persists, I'd recommend performing basic troubleshooting steps. There are times that the saved data in the browser's cache will become outdated over time and will cause odd behavior to the program.

Let's begin with using a private browser when logging into QuickBooks Online. If it's working fine, you can go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. However, if it's not, you can use another supported browser as an alternative.

Here are the shortcut keys to access an incognito browser:

• Safari: Hold down ⌘ Option P

• Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N

• Microsoft Edge & Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P

Thanks for getting back here, mkronerc.

I have the information about this error and how we can fix it.

Normally, pop-up blockers are installed to avoid pop-up ads from web pages. When you click a button or link and nothing happens, this means that the pop-up windows are being blocked.

Before we modify the settings, here are the things to consider:

  • There are also various toolbars that have their own pop-up blockers. The menu option or icons for the pop-up blocker will vary between different toolbars.
  • Try hovering your mouse pointer over each icon; text should appear describing what the icon does. Normally, when you're hovering over the pop-up blocker icon, it will list the number of pop-ups blocked or current on/off status.
  • If your QuickBooks Online pop-ups are still blocked, you can use the Windows hotkey by holding down the CTRL key before clicking the button or link that brings up the pop-up window.

If you're using Google Chrome, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open Chrome. Go to More > Settings.
  2. Select Advanced.
  3. Under Privacy and security, choose Content settings.
  4. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Toggle the setting to Allowed or Blocked.
  6. (Optional) If you prefer to keep pop-ups blocked, add an exception for QuickBooks Online instead: To the right of Allow, select Add and enter qbo.intuit.com. Then, click Add.

Are you using a different browser? If so, the steps are included in this article: Why doesn't anything happen when I select a button or link?
