We recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can access your account to conduct further investigation and determine why you can't get into your account Subscription and billing page. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
  • Search: Select Contact Us and choose either Start a chat or Get a callback.
