I completely get why you'd want to turn off the assistant, svogt0928. Constant pop-ups can disrupt your focus.

While the option to disable this pop-up feature isn't available, you can just click on the X or No, thanks buttons to get rid of the pop-up

In the meantime, I highly recommend sending your feedback directly to QuickBooks product engineers. They value user input and constantly improve the platform based on customer experience. You can easily submit feedback within QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Enter your suggestion and click Submit Feedback.
