I'll explain why the user is receiving the "resubscribe error", @usergwen. I'll ensure to provide troubleshooting steps to fix this so she can continue processing a bank deposit.

Users with inactive accounts won't be able to carry out any tasks in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Therefore, I recommend verifying the status of the her subscription to ensure it is still active. If it isn't, she will need to resubscribe. In the event the the account is active, we will proceed to troubleshoot the web browser to identify the cause of this unusual behavior.

To start, open QBO using an incognito browser to access accounts without interference as it does not store cache. If it works, access the company using the regular browser and proceed with the bank deposit. If the issue persists, please have the user clear cache to free up storage space and resolve issues due to outdated or corrupted data. After that, make sure to add Intuit as a trusted site to prevent your browser from potentially blocking site content, ensuring a secure and seamless experience with the software.

Furthermore,  tracking bank deposits real-time helps maintain financial records and simplifies the reconciliation process in QuickBooks.

If you have further questions about the error or managing bank deposits, please let us know by replying in this thread. We'll be monitoring your post. Have a good one.
