When converting to QBO, we have to ensure the following: 

1. You have 90 days from the time you create your QBO account to move your data.
2. The QBDT account is up-to-date. 
3. The QBDT company file isn't too big to export, and the total targets need to be less than 1,500,000 for data to move to QBO.
