How to access unbilled activities on the mobile app. works fine on laptop but it is impossible to view on mobile?

QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app allows us instant access to your data from your mobile device. However, there are some limitations when using it. Not to worry, you can still access your unbilled activities using a web browser on your device. It works the same as how you access your account on your computer. 

 

Follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Sales menu on the left panel.
  3. Select the All Sales tab.
  4. Click on the Unbilled Activity tile.

 

Being able to access your unbilled activities in the mobile app would be helpful. I encourage you to add your vote for this one by sending a feature request in the Feedback section within QuickBooks. Our product development team reviews all the feedback we receive to ensure we’re meeting the needs of our customers.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
  3. You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
  4. From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

 

Additionally, you have the option to turn on the setting to automatically invoice unbilled time activities in QBO.
