How to add a payee to list, currently i used to hit + sign but now there is no option to save once added

Thank you for coming to the Community, @meeshaellahi!

 

Hitting the + New button is definitely one way to add a payee. However, you can also add one on the Vendors page. Let me guide you on how.

 

  1. On the left navigation panel, select Get paid & pay, then click Vendors.
  2. On the top right corner, click New vendor.
  3. Fill in the details, and press Save.

 

If that doesn't work, your browser's cache build-up could be the reason why. I'll share some tips to fix the issue.

 

To start, you can refresh your browser by closing and opening it. If you get the same result, clear its cache and cookies because these stop web pages from loading correctly. You can also add Intuit as a trusted site to prevent your browser from blocking it. Lastly, you can use other updated or supported browsers.
