How to add po number to email subject line QB advanced. to auto populate like invoice or estimate numbers in email subject line.

I'm here to address your inquiry regarding adding the Purchase Order number to the email subject in your QuickBooks Online Advanced. 

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can populate your purchase order sent via email by putting a comma when typing the emails in the box. You can also click on the Carbon Copy (Cc) or Blind Carbon Copy (Bcc) feature to help you populate the emails. 

 

Furthermore, adding the PO number in the email subject line is unavailable. However, you can manually add the number in the subject line. 

 

As this feature is unavailable, I encourage sending Feedback to our Product Development team. They will carefully consider this option to ensure it meets your business needs effectively.

 

To send a feature recommendation, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then tap Feedback.
  2. Indicate your comments or suggestions.
  3. Then select Next to submit Feedback.
