How to change address on 1099 that has already been mailed?

Let me share an idea of your concern about how to change the address on the 1099 that has already been mailed in QuickBooks Online (QB0).

To start, if you want to ensure that the correct address is shown on your 1099, you can refer to instructions on how to correct 1099. However, if the wrong company or contractor address was used, you do not need to issue a corrected 1099. You have the option to leave it as it is. 

Additionally, please note that if you choose to correct the address, QuickBooks Online will not mail the form to you. You will need to download the form yourself and send it to your contractor outside of QuickBooks Online.
