How to collapse lines under the main header

To collapse a section (Income, Expenses, COGS) in your Profit and Loss Comparison report, click the expander arrow or collapse icon located beside each section. This will hide the lines beneath it, allowing you to see only the total lines for each section.

Alternatively, you have the option to export the data to Excel. From there, you can customize the report further by hiding cells or applying additional formatting using Excel's functions and features.
 

Here's how:

1. Go back to your Profit and Loss Comparison report.
2. Click the Export icon and select Export to Excel.

Once the report is in Excel, you can customize it further by hiding cells, adding formulas, applying formatting, and more. This allows you to tailor the report to your specific needs and preferences.
