I need to get client ID and client secret from my QB online account? Without access developer account Because I don't want to give my employee access to developer account so is this possible?

I want to generate token using QuickBooks Online Token (https://oauth.platform.intuit.com/oauth2/v1/tokens/bearer) API I need client id and client secret.

 

So can I get that client id and client secret from any other place without accessing developer account.

 

Because I don't want to give access to my developer account to my employee
