How to import employee data in QuickBooks Online

Hello, may you help to instruct me how to import Employee data into QuickBooks Online Plus, please?  Thank you in advance for your help!

I want to assist you here promptly. However, importing your employee's data to QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. But we can generate a journal entry report and export it to Microsoft Excel as a workaround.

        Hi @9130357930768046 

         

        Whilst it is not possible to import employees into QuickBooks Online from inside QuickBooks Online, it is possible to import a list of employees using a third party data import utility that you can find in the Intuit App Marketplace.

         

        One that I am familiar with called Zed Axis with will import a list of employees from a text or Excel files directly in.  It will include details like Employees Full name, Contact, Address, SSN, Birth Date, Gender, Hire Date, Bill rate, etc...

         

        There is a 30 day free trial you can use to evaluate it.

         

        Hope that gives you another option.
