How to print a certain help topic? Instead of jotting down instructions in the help topic, I need to print.

I joined the QuickBooks Community.  Not all Intuit articles has the 3 dots on the side to print.  When I attempt to copy and paste or simply print the webpage, the pages are blank.

Thanks for getting in touch with the Community, DjLatham.

You can find our help topics for QuickBooks in our help article archives. Once you've found one you'd like to print a copy of, you can do so while viewing it in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.

Here's how:

  1. While you're viewing a webpage you'd like to print, simultaneously press your keyboard's Ctrl and P keys. If you're using a Mac computer, use the ⌘ Command and P keys instead.
  2. Adjust your print settings as necessary.
  3. When you're ready to print a copy, select Print.

This process can be used to print any pages online. If you continue encountering blank pages when printing webpages that have content on them, I'd recommend checking Microsoft or Apple's websites for detailed troubleshooting steps for printing on their operating systems. You can also check with an IT professional if necessary.

In the event you're trying to print from within QuickBooks, you can troubleshoot with the steps in our Fix printing issues article.

If there's any additional questions, I'm just a post away. Have a wonderful Tuesday!
