How to print a single reoccurring transaction

I don't see a way to print a single occurring transaction so I can send the copy of the invoice to a client. I only see a way to print the entire list.

Hi there. The print functionality on the Recurring Transactions page only allows you to get a copy of the list of templates you created. I'll give you some tips for you to provide an invoice copy to your client. 

 

If the transaction is Scheduled, I suggest waiting for the date for it to automatically generate. On the other hand, if it's Unscheduled, you can use the template and create an invoice. I'll show you how:

 

1. Click on the Gear icon and go to Recurring Transactions.

 

2. Locate the template you want to use.

3. Click on Use under the Action column.

 

Then, you can perform the following steps to print and send a copy afterward.

 

1. Open the Sales menu and go to the Invoices tab.

 

2. Locate the transaction then, click the Action drop-down.

3. Select View/Edit.

 

4. From the bottom part of the page, click on Print or Preview.

 

5. Finally, click on Print.
