Go to the gear icon and choose YOUR COMPANY - ACCOUNTS and SETTINGS - BILLINGS and SUBSCRIPTIONS - There you will see options to resubscribe. Good Luck.

To clarify, are you using QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) or QuickBooks Online (QBO)? You can find the Gear icon in QBO. If you have QBO, you can find it in the upper right corner. I've included some screenshots below and the steps for reactivating your subscription.
