How to send an invitation

Hello, @mbendit1. Let me guide on how to invite your accountant to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before we proceed, please know that you're accountant will need to accept your invitation via email. The status will change from Invited to Active once your accountant accepts your requests. Let's head to the Manage users section to get started. 

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. From the Gear icon, choose the Manage users option.
3. Select the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
4. Input your accountant's email address.
5. Choose Invite.
