On the PO form there is a memo section and a message section, both near the bottom. When I print the PO, these disappear. How do I make them stay and keep ALL the information they contain?

Hi there, @gefcops.

I'm here to ensure that you'll be able to print the message on your purchase order in QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online allows you to print the message section of your PO. I've attached some snips below on how it looks like in the template and when printed:

To isolate the unexpected behavior that you've encountered, I'd recommend accessing your account on a private window. This can help us verify if the issue has something to do with your browser.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Chrome: Press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: Press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the program. Stored data on your browser can be corrupted and causes unusual behavior while using QuickBooks.

To add up, you can always refer to these resources to give you more tips on what to do if you've encountered printing and other unexpected issues in QBO:

Please keep in touch if you need more help with printing forms. I'm determined to get this fixed for you. Have a great day!
