How to talk to someone at QB

QuickBooks has streamlined the process on how you can to talk to one of our representative. You'll need to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account so you can contact to our phone support team. But before we start, please know that the Community is always here to assist you by posting any of your concerns here.

Anyhow, you can follow the steps below to talk to someone. Here's how:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
   
3. Select either tab to get started:
   • Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
   • Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
     • Start a chat with a support expert.
     • Get a callback from the next available expert.
       

The support hours for the Plus, Essentials, Simple Start  version is from Monday to Friday 6 AM TO 6 PM Pacific Time and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. For QuickBooks Online Advanced, it is anytime time of the day.
