Go to the Gear icon and select Chart of Accounts.
Click New.
Under Account Type, select Expenses. Then, choose Repair & Maintenance for the Detail Type.
Enter a Name for the account.
Click Save and Close.

Once done, use this account when creating expense transactions in QBO.

Additionally, run reports in QBO to get a detailed overview of your business operations.
