https://qbo.intuit.com/app/appcenter/findapps is not found

I created a new app and when I try connecting it, I go to 

https://qbo.intuit.com/app/appcenter/findapps

I get the following:

We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.

You may have incorrectly typed the address (URL) or clicked on an outdated link.

 

I logged out, incognito etc...nothing helps.

 

Any ideas?
