I am looking to integrate my square sales into Quickbooks Desktop. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it?

First off, please know that there's no direct way to integrate Square with QuickBooks Desktop. With that said, it might be necessary to establish a connection with a 3rd party connector in order to enable the integration. However, I recommend reaching out to Square support to verify if there are alternative methods for doing this.

 

Additionally, after integrating square sales into QBDT, you can also learn how to categorize and organize your transactions so you know what area of your business has the biggest impact.

While I can't directly recommend any third-party apps, I can direct you on where to go to find a list of them. You can find each available application in relation to Square in our QuickBooks Desktop Marketplace.
 

Here's how:
 

  1. Go to our QuickBooks Desktop Marketplace.
  2. In your Find Applications search bar, enter "Square".
  3. Select Search.
  4. Review the list of available apps. You can click to each app's page to view more details about how they work.
