I am new to QB on line and I am trying to print a check. It keeps taking me back to the set up page. Can anyone help?

Thank you for reaching out to us, hookup. Welcome to the Community.

When setting up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, it's normal for the system to automatically route you to the setup page if you haven't provided all the necessary information.

However, if you have completed the setup process but are still being directed to the setup page, I suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to ensure successful check printing. Sometimes, QuickBooks may not function correctly due to browser issues. We can solve this by accessing your QBO account using a private browser. Follow these steps:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this resolves the issue, return to your regular browser and clear your browsing history to start fresh. If not, you can use a different supported browser.
