I am trying to activate the different tax agencies but gives error "Give us a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn’t work, call us so we can take a closer look."

  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

If you're able to set up taxes using a private/incognito window, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear its cache.

 

Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers for the best experience while working in QuickBooks Online.

I am having this same issue now and am told it is a "know issue". Was there a resolution to this post from March?
