I am trying to connect my Delta American Express card Quickbooks but get error "Sorry, an unexpected error has occurred. We could not fetch your accounts from your bank"

At the moment, there is a problem with connecting Amex bank to QuickBooks. An error message appears, saying "Unexpected error has occurred. We could not fetch your accounts from your bank." However, our team of product engineers is currently working hard to solve this issue.

To ensure you'll get a resolution status of the issue, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can add your company file to the list of affected users. You can also provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-90669.

To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to your QBO account on the mobile app.
2. Click the Question mark icon at the top-right corner.
3. Choose Help and Support.
4. Select Contact Us, then enter your issue and click Continue.
5. Swipe down and tap Have us call you or Schedule an appointment.
