I am unable to record miles for 2025

There are instances when the page is not performing. It is due to a cache on your device/browser.

For Android device:

1. Go to phone Settings and Select Apps
2. On the tab, pick QuickBooks Self-Employed, look for Storage, then Clear Cache.

For iOS devices:

1. Choose Menu (three lines) from the app.
2. Select  Settings.
3. Click Reset App Data.

Ensure you have the latest version of the app. Check the Google Play Store or App Store for updates.  

Moreover, make sure location services (GPS) are enabled.

If persists, you can install and reinstall the QuickBooks Self-employed application. However, if you're using a browser I'll be adding an article you can use as a reference: Troubleshooting browser problems.
