Thank you for reaching out with your inquiry about accessing quarterly tax forms through the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, @larry. I understand the importance of having convenient access to essential forms like these.

Currently, accessing and managing quarterly tax forms directly through the QBO mobile app is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use a web browser on a computer to access a full range of features and forms effectively.

You can check this article to learn which QuickBooks Online mobile app features are supported on mobile devices.

Moreover, you can explore with our QuickBooks Live Expert Assisted team. They are experts in managing tax forms and ensuring you comply with all necessary regulations.

We appreciate your understanding, and the QuickBooks team continuously works on improving the app to better meet the needs of our users. If you have further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.

I appreciate you for letting us know that you're able to see your quarterly tax information on your mobile app, Larry.

Here's how to navigate using your browser:

  1. Go to Taxes and click Income Tax.
  2. Then, select Tax estimate.

Please note that the information on this page is what QuickBooks has calculated for federal estimated quarterly taxes. This is calculated by applying income tax rates to your total self-employment taxable profit from your business plus any personal income you entered from outside your business.

However, If you're still unable to locate this on your end, it seems this unexpected behavior you’re experiencing can be linked to a temporary browser issue, often resulting from accumulated cache over time. To troubleshoot, please open a private browsing window to see if the issue persists. Here are the shortcut keys for different browsers:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the application works in the private window, please return to your regular browser and clear its cache. The cache is designed to store frequently accessed data, which helps load web pages faster and more efficiently. However, if the cache becomes too full, it can lead to viewing and performance issues in the system. Clearing the cache will eliminate any obstacles that might be disrupting communication between your merchant account and your email.

If you have any questions about accessing your quarterly taxes in your browser, please don't hesitate to reach out. We look forward to hearing from you soon!
