Question

I can't find the W-3 Summary from previous years in my archived forms, only 2023. Is there a way to print them from 2021 and 2022?

Welcome to the Community! Let's work together so that you can figure out a way to print those forms from 2021 and 2022. 

 

To clarify, how long have you had this QuickBooks Online account? 

 

In the meantime, you can  clear your browser's cache and cookies to help eliminate any errors or glitches that may be occurring in the system.

Hi Candice - I've had my QBO account for 8 or 9 years.  This is probably the first time I've asked a question here, so it looks like I'm new to this.

Let me guide you in viewing the W-3 Summary from previous years in my archived forms in QuickBooks Online(QBO).

 

QBO provides an option to view your archived W-3 form. Here's how:

 

  1. Select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
  2. Select Filings.
  3. Select Resources.
  4. Select Archived forms and filings.
  5. Select the date range you need, or search for the forms you need.
  6. Select View on the W-2 or W-3 form.
