At this time, there are no reported cases of missing transactions in an account when locating them in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mike, and I appreciate you for sharing your situation.

If you can't find transactions between 04/15/2023 and 06/20/2023 in QuickBooks Online (QBO), it may be due to filters or temporary browser issues that hinder the transactions from displaying. I'll guide you on how to locate these transactions and on the steps for troubleshooting the problem.

I recommend locating the transactions using the advanced search option. Here's how:

  1. In your QBO account, click on the Magnifying glass icon. Then, hit Go to transactions search.
  2. Enter the 04/15/2023 to 06/20/2023 in the Date range. Then, click on Apply.
  3. Choose More Filters.
  4. From the Accounts drop-down list, select the account where the transactions exist.
  5. If you want to add more filters, make sure they don't hide the transactions you're looking for in the account.

Alternatively, locate the transactions directly in your bank register to verify that they're posted in the account. You can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon. Then, select Chart of accounts.
  2. Locate the account where the transactions exist. Then, click on View register.
  3. Select the Funnel icon. Then, enter the dates in the From and To boxes.
  4. Hit Apply.

If you still can't find the transactions, follow Steps 2 and 4 of this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If the transactions still don't appear after performing the previous steps, I recommend performing browser troubleshooting steps, as this issue might be related to your browser. To start, sign in to your QuickBooks Online account using your browser's incognito mode. Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito window based on your browser:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Shift + ⌘ + N

Once you have signed in to your account using the browser incognito window, locate the transactions again as in the steps above. If it works this time, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will help the program run optimally and avoid future issues.
