I cannot save the info for my second account, the save button stays grayed out

One possible solution is restarting your computer to refresh the whole program. Next, utilize an incognito window. Log into your second account and save your information there. If this option proves successful, we can proceed with clearing the cache from your regular browser.

 

Here are the shortcuts to incognito browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press: Shift + CTRL + P

 

In addition, the cache can interfere with the proper functioning of QuickBooks and lead to the absence of tabs and features. Therefore, clearing the cache is necessary to minimize issues arising while using QuickBooks.
