I cannot set up my account due to invalid zip code.

What needs to happen to get set up? Confirmed format with USPS, still receiving an invalid zip code error and can't even finish signing up for the online service.

Hi @MicKel , just try sign up in private mode, clear history and cache regularly. Then refresh your web browser. Don't forget to make an account based on your country. https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/

I am setting this up from QB Desktop Premiere 2019 so there is no cache there... and getting the same zip code error. Not sure why QB has so many glitches being such a large company... sad

To start, you can use the USPS Look-up Tool to verify the correct postal code. From there, enter the address and city in the given field of the selection you choose. 

 

However, if you can't still get the correct postal code, I recommend reaching out to our Phone support team. They use specific tools to pull up your account and verify the reason why the system can't recognize your zip code. Here's how:

 

  1. Navigate to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
  2. From there, click Contact Us.
  3. Next, enter a brief description of your concern. Example: My postal code is invalid.
  4. Then, click Continue.
  5. Choose either Chat or Callback.
