I can't access my customer list to send out invoices

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! I'd be more than happy to provide you with some information about this issue. 

 

At this time, we are aware of this issue and our Product Engineers are working hard to fix this as soon as possible.


In the meantime, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team so they can add you to a list of affected users. Once you're added to that list, you'll be able to receive updates about the situation via email.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help ? icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Click the Contact Us button.
  3. Explain the problem and give them this number: INV-105229.
  4. Tap Let's talk.
  5. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
