I closed my business but just saw I was charged for intuit. How do I get a refund%3F

Beforehand, I recommend checking the Intuit Account Manager to confirm your cancelled subscription. It is also important to note that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For instance, if you cancel mid-April, your cancellation will become effective at the end of April, and you will still pay for April's subscription fees.

 

If you canceled your subscription during the last billing cycle but still see charges for the following month, we recommend contacting our Live Support team directly. Since the Community is a public forum, we can't access private account details here due to data privacy concerns.

 

To contact them, here's how:

 

  1. Inside QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Menu button.
  2. Select the Help option.
  3. Choose the Ask QB assistant a question.
  4. Enter "Contact Support" and click Contact a Human.
  5. Follow the prompts, then choose a way to connect with us.

 

If you decide to use QBO again to manage another business in the future, you can still resubscribe and get started again.
