Question

I created an Intuit account to view a 1099 form from someone with whom I do business. Intuit shows me nothing. How do I view the 1099 form?

None of the information provided is remotely useful.  A ``Client'' sent me a 1099 Form.  How do I view it?

Hey there, redmouih. Let me share some information on how to view your 1099 form.

To see your 1099 form, you'll need to get an invitation from your clients or employers to fill out a W-9 form. Since you mentioned that you're client already sent your 1099 form, you can see it in your email.

In addition, once your client submits your 1099 forms to the IRS, you'll also receive an email stating that your forms are ready to download. You can click the link that was sent to you for you to view and sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. After doing this, you can now view your 1099 form. If you didn't receive an email, kindly ask your client for a copy of your 1099 forms.

To learn more about viewing your 1099, please refer to this link: Fill out a W-9 and view your 1099-MISC in QuickBooks Self-Employed

Furthermore, you can also use this material since this contains some information about the basics of QuickBooks Self-Employed:  Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed
