I did file my w2s and 1099 forms How to printout the 1099 forms for the employees?

We can navigate to the Taxes section to print the W-2s for your employees and 1099 for contractors, @samymaha6554.

If you e-filed Form 1099 in QuickBooks, refer to these steps:

1. Go to Taxes, then select 1099 filings.
2. Select View 1099 to view a PDF copy.

Please know that you can print W-2s on January 15 if your automated taxes and forms setting is ON. Follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Taxes section, then Payroll tax.
2. Select Filings, then Resources, then W-2s. 
3. Review the list of employees who opted for a printed copy.
4. If your automated taxes and forms setting is Off, review your Form W-2 print setting. Select Change setting to pick the paper type if needed.
5. Click View or Manage on the copy you need, then View and print. 
6. Tap the Print icon on the Adobe Reader toolbar, then Print.
