Question

I do several estimates at a time and don't always email them in the order that I do them is there anywhere in the program where I can see which ones have been sent?

There are two ways to determine if estimates have been sent, dutchyard.

Let me share some ideas and walk you through the steps.

First, you can review the estimates individually and check the Status column. I'll show you how:

  1. Open the Sales menu.
  2. Click on Estimates.
  3. Locate the estimates you want to review.
  4. Navigate to the Status column to see if it's been sent. It also includes the date of the delivery. Kindly check the image below for reference.

Second, you can run and customize the Estimates by Customer report. Make sure to select the Sent column from the Customize page.

Note: If you have the new view, click on the Switch to classic view button so you can see the details easily.

Once done, follow these steps to personalize the report:

  1. Open the Reports menu.
  2. Search for the Estimates by Customer report.
  3. Select the report to open it.
  4. Choose all the necessary filters.
  5. Click on the Customize button.
  6. Under Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
  7. Put a check on the Sent box.
  8. Hit Run report.

You can save your changes by clicking the Save customization button so that you can access the same report with the same data in the future.
