I E filed my 1099 and 1096 forms through Quick Books, does the the recipient receive a paper copy through the Mail?

Thanks for sharing this to the Community space. Let me share some information about the 1099 and 1096 forms copies. 

If you e-file the form before January 28, QuickBooks will process and postmarked the physical copy of the 1099 forms to your contractors or designated recipients by January 31, 2024. With this, you don't have to worry about the email address, as QuickBooks will send it through the mail, and you only need to make sure that the addresses indicated in the contractor's profile are correct. 

Additionally, if you want to send the softcopy of the form, you can download the PDF copy of the 1099 and send it personally to your contractor's email address.
