I efiled my 1099 nec through QBO and can not find the option to send a corrrected one. Does anyone know when this feature will be available in QBO?

I see that you wish to file your corrected 1099 NEC. Let me share some information regarding this matter. 

In QuickBooks, e-filing the corrected 1099 NEC is unavailable at the moment since this feature will be available in February 2024. Therefore, you'll have to manually complete and submit the corrected 1099-NEC to the IRS. You may contact your IRS or visit their website to learn more about what to do with your form if you submit it manually. 

Please know that you'll have to print the corrected forms yourselves and deliver them to the contractors.
