There are possible scenarios we can consider to check why the 1099 is missing, swmtvolleyball. We can go through them one by one to ensure they're filed successfully.

QuickBooks keeps track of your 1099 form while it is being sent to the IRS. You will receive updates on the progress of your filing as well as an email confirmation by January 31, 2024. Here's an article to learn how to check their status: Create and file 1099s with QuickBooks Online.

Browser-related issues may also affect the pages. To verify if it is a webpage issue, let's start by accessing your QuickBooks account via an incognito or private window. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

Check your Filings page from there to see if the 1099s appear. If it works, clear the default browser's cache. You can also use other supported browsers to isolate this issue.

However, if the 1099s are still missing after performing the suggestions above, I recommend contacting our Support Team. They can help you figure out this odd behavior.
