Question

I filed my 1099s today with Intuit's efile service. I can't remember how much it said it would be and I didn't get a receipt. How do I find the receipt?

Thank you for dropping by the Community today, accounting610.

I recognize the value of having a record of your transactions, including the receipt for your 1099s. Let me help you connect with the right support to get the details of the amount for filing the forms and your receipt.

For billing, refunds, payments, or any other matters related to your Intuit account, it is important to handle them with special attention. I recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online (QBO) Care Team. They can access your account in a secure space and discuss in detail the amount, including the method to obtain the receipt.

Here's how:

  1. Open QBO and go to the Help icon in the upper right to display the support window.
  2. Head to the Assistant tab and enter a brief description of your concern in the Type something bar.
  3. Click the Get help from a human link to see more options.
  4. In the How would you like to connect with us? section, choose Chat for real-time support and Callback to speak with an agent.
