I found directions to import an invoice template to Quikbooks Online, but apparently that is not an option. I need to be able to have the customer's name to invoice.

The customer's name in the invoice is a default field when you create one in the Add Customer column. Just ensure that you enter the correct information in the Customer display name section from the customer's profile.

Thus, if you want to display the customer's name based on your own template design, you can refer to our available template in the Custom Form Styles section that fits your company's needs. 

Moreover, please know that the function to import your template in QuickBooks Online (QBO) was discontinued last 6/24/2021. You can only utilize and modify the templates available in our system.

On the other hand, you can submit direct feedback to our Product Development Team if you wish to have this function again so our engineers can evaluate this. If they see that it's beneficial to all of our users, they can return this to our next product updates.
