Question

I had 1099's rejected because the business info I provided needs to be adjusted. Quickbooks says to void the 1099's but I see no option to void where instructions say.

    They said something like: We are working on it. Contact support and tell them you have the issue."

     

    If you search for Void 1099, you will see that there are many folks asking the same thing. I've seen a few posts and they said engineers estimated to be fixed by February or something like that. 

    But short story long. There is not void button. Don't stress looking for it. They will fix it sometime before it is too late or send you instructions to fix it on your own. 👍

      1. Go to the (?) Help icon.
      2. Select Talk to a Human.
      3. Enter a short description of your concern.
      4. Click on I still need a human.
      5. Tap Contact Us to connect with our live support.
      6. Choose to Get a callback.
