I HATE QUICKBOOKS! FORMAL COMPLAINT!
I truly HATE QBs. I have been trying for MONTHS to get my number and email updated from when i changed over in NOVEMBER! That has caused HUGE issues. I can't connect my bank account, I cant call and get it fixed, I submitted the d a m n on 5 separate occasions and then they tell me its done. ITS NOT FIXED! I now cant put money in my bank account but am being charged for "services". I fulled plan on disputing ALL fees from you all because I have clients being erased, transactions wont show up, you all held money on 2 separate occasions which you didn't notify me of (because you failed to update my contact information AGAIN) which cost me over $400 in direct fees, I couldn't get supplies for jobs and had to borrow money, and not to mention I had to scramble to cover it which took a while and that meant this hit my overhead multiple times, I have sat on the phone for at least 5 days that I can think of not getting MY business's work done, none of the people you can call have any authority to fix anything and I am stuck in a hell cycle with yall costing me a TON of money.
