Hi, Jeff. You can go directly to the Chart of accounts, click the Deposit funds account, and then manually delete the transactions.

Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Transactions menu. Click the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Open the Deposit Accounts and select the transactions in question.
  3. Click Delete

On the other hand, could you share how you recorded these transactions? Additional details on the method you used (e.g., direct deposits, transfers from undeposited funds, etc.) will help us determine the targeted steps to address the situation.

You can also access this additional guide for more insight into managing your transactions: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers in QuickBooks Online.

For future reference, if you want to see a financial snapshot of your company on a specific date, you can generate a Balance sheet report.
