Question

I have Citizens Bank accounts that have become disconnected and am getting error 103. I have followed QB articles for troubleshooting and nothing has worked.

Thank you for responding to this thread, Zak.

We are currently investigating an issue where QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unable to connect to Citizens Bank. Please get in touch with our support team so we can add you to the list of affected users.

You can do this by following these steps:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
2. Select Help (?).
3. Choose one of the following options:
  - Start a chat with a support expert.
  - Get a callback from the next available expert.
  - Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.

In the meantime, we recommend uploading a .CSV file from your bank's website.

For future reference, you can also refer to these articles about connecting your bank:
Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

If you have any concerns about connecting your bank to QuickBooks Online, please reply to this thread or start a new post. Thank you for your patience while we work on a fix.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, you can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
