I have filed my 1099s through QBO. The 1099-Misc says status is Accepted. The 1099-NEC says status is InAgency. Are these going to be filed in time?

Let me share information about the 1099 filing status in QuickBooks Online.

If the status is Accepted, it means that the IRS has successfully received your 1099 forms.

While the In Agency means the IRS has received your filing but not yet processed. We don't have a specific timeframe for the acknowledgment. Rest assured, it will not impact filing deadlines or sending forms to recipients as the IRS and state tax agencies set the status.
