I have no task bar on the left side to be able to choose what I would like to do. Eg create bill, pay bill ect and I also do not have any choice upper right with cog help

The first step is to open a private browsing window (incognito) in your preferred browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge. Then, log in to QuickBooks Online using your correct login credentials via this link: qbo.intuit.com.

If it works, I suggest going back to your regular browser to clear its cache. This will ensure that any damaged data is removed and fresh data can be retrieved from the server. If the issue persists, it is recommended using the other supported browsers.
