I have the Amazon app installed to get my sales made on Amazon. I get the alert saying everything is in or whatever it says, but the sales are not there when should be 10

Thank you for contacting us. In QuickBooks, during the initial setup, there is a specific period for importing data from each sales channel. If you choose to set a closing date in QuickBooks Online, it will prevent any changes made before that particular date. However, it's important to note that selecting a closing date means you won't be able to download any historical data before that date. For Amazon, QuickBooks only allows importing data for the past 90 days. 

In QuickBooks, sales from the sales channel are imported as summarized sales receipts, refund receipts, fees, and other expenses, which create expense transactions.
